Equipment and System/Circuit Testing using T-Carrier, SONET and Ethernet Protocols. The testing can be associated with proper synchronization of the equipment on each end of a circuit as well as the end-to-end acceptance of the critical elements of the circuit for company records as well as SLA Agreements with the end-user customers.

Equipment Provisioning to configure the equipment/system for proper identification and operation within the network.

Program the equipment with the appropriate configuration for identification within the network for service activation and maintenance purposes.
Activation of required ports and for ongoing assignment and service delivery.
Validation of configurations and coordination with the customer NOC.

System Level Testing (Level 2) to ensure that the overall system meets all of the customer and/or industry standards for proper operation.

T-Carrier, SONET/SDH and Ethernet (Level 2) Testing
Verify proper visual supervision on the systems to confirm end-to-end connection and synchronization.
Perform other tests that may be required by the customer prior to commissioning the system for service.
Complete all associated reports as required by the customer.
Perform diagnostics to isolate potential problems and escalate issues that cannot be immediately resolved.

Circuit Level Testing (Level 3) to ensure that the end to end performance of circuits meet all requirements that are committed to the end user customer.

Analog/DS-0 Tests
High Cap Circuit Tests
SONET OC-X
Ethernet Test standards meet RFC-2544 Requirements as well as any other network or SLA Criteria. Perform diagnostics to isolate potential problems and escalate issues that cannot be immediately resolved.

Test Equipment can be provided as a part of the contract or arrangements can be made to use customer provided equipment to control costs.
